Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many clients leave a key or use a lockbox, and we send photos when we're done.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
We bring all supplies and can switch to hypoallergenic, fragrance-free products on request. Just let us know about pets or young children in advance.
How do pricing and payment work?
Your quote is one all-inclusive price covering labour and supplies. You pay after the clean, once you're satisfied, by e-Transfer or cash.
How far ahead should I book?
Usually one to two days. For urgent jobs, message us on WhatsApp; same-day visits are often possible.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean those areas at no charge.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
